We are open year round.
Check in is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.
Check out is at 10:30.
These times can be flexible with prior arrangements
based on
availability.

It takes a little time to make The Little House
special for each of our
guests
Please make your reservations in advance.
A deposit equal to one half of the total rental
is required to secure a reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed in writing
once your deposit check
has been received.
Cancellations are a real disappointment for everyone.
If, for some
reason, you need to cancel
or shorten your reservation,
please let us
know at least 21 days in advance
in order for the deposit to be
refunded.
A $25.00 handling charge
will be deducted from each returned deposit.
If later than 21 days, we will gladly refund your money
(less handling
charge)
if other
visitors come to stay.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
The Little House sleeps a maximum of
four.
There is a $30/night, $105/week fee
for each
additional person.
Along with the upstairs queen bedroom
the airy sleeping alcove off of the sitting room sleeps
two on bunked futon beds.
For the comfort of all of our guests The Little House
is maintained as a smoke free and pet free environment.
Due to the historical nature of The Little House
please discuss with us the
appropriateness of children
after visiting the complete website.
We are in the process of making The
Little House
more inviting for children.
